Terms of Service – Cyberllix Communication Intelligence

Effective Date: 12 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Cyberllix Communication Intelligence, an AI-powered communication intelligence and execution platform provided by Cyberllix Solutions Private Limited (“Cyberllix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the platform, requesting or accepting early access, creating an account, connecting a communication account, or otherwise using Cyberllix Communication Intelligence, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

If a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work, pilot agreement, or enterprise contract has been executed with Cyberllix, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

1. About the Service

Cyberllix Communication Intelligence is designed to help users and organizations bring business communication into an intelligence and execution workspace.

Depending on the features made available, the platform may support functionality such as:

  • Connecting supported business communication accounts
  • Synchronizing Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, or supported work email
  • Viewing communication in unified operational views
  • Identifying potential actions and commitments
  • Identifying approval-related communication
  • Tracking follow-ups and waiting states
  • Maintaining communication context
  • Supporting authorized replies or outbound communication
  • Providing dashboards and execution-related views
  • Using automated or AI-assisted processing to help organize business communication

Features may differ during early access, pilot, beta, trial, or commercial availability.

2. Early Access and Pilot Status

Cyberllix Communication Intelligence is currently entering controlled early access.

During this stage:

  • Access may be limited to approved users or organizations.
  • Features may be introduced, modified, suspended, or removed.
  • Certain features may be experimental.
  • Performance and availability may change as the platform evolves.
  • Cyberllix may request feedback from pilot users.
  • Production-provider integrations may depend on Google, Microsoft, email administrators, or other third-party authorization requirements.

Participation in early access does not guarantee that every feature demonstrated, discussed, planned, or tested will become generally available.

Unless Cyberllix agrees otherwise in writing, early-access use does not include a guaranteed service-level agreement.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

Users must provide accurate information when requesting or creating platform access.

Cyberllix may use governed onboarding processes that require:

  • Registration or access request
  • Administrative approval
  • Organization/workspace assignment
  • User activation
  • Provider authorization
  • Additional verification where appropriate

Cyberllix may refuse, suspend, or revoke access where necessary to protect the platform, other users, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must promptly notify Cyberllix if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Organization Accounts and Administrators

The platform may allow users to operate within an organization-managed workspace.

Organization administrators may have authority to:

  • Approve or reject users
  • Manage workspace membership
  • Configure permitted access
  • Review organization-related operational information
  • Request removal of users
  • Manage connected services where supported

If your account is provided or managed by an organization, your organization's administrator may have certain rights over your workspace access.

Users should not assume that an organization-managed account operates as a purely personal account.

5. Connecting Communication Accounts

Users may connect supported communication services such as:

  • Google Workspace or Gmail
  • Microsoft 365 or Outlook
  • Supported business email services
  • Other communication platforms made available in the future

You may only connect an account that you are legally and organizationally authorized to use.

By connecting an account, you authorize Cyberllix Communication Intelligence to access and process information within the permissions granted through the applicable provider.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected communication accounts complies with:

  • Your organization's policies
  • Applicable laws
  • Provider terms
  • Internal authorization requirements
  • Confidentiality obligations

Cyberllix does not grant you rights to communication or information that you are not otherwise authorized to access.

6. Google and Microsoft Integrations

Google Workspace/Gmail and Microsoft 365/Outlook integrations depend on services operated by third parties.

Your use of those services may also be subject to:

  • Google terms and policies
  • Microsoft terms and policies
  • Your organization's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 policies
  • Administrator consent requirements
  • Provider API restrictions
  • Provider availability and rate limits

Cyberllix does not control Google, Microsoft, or other external service providers.

A third-party provider may modify permissions, APIs, consent requirements, rate limits, availability, or other technical conditions that affect Cyberllix Communication Intelligence.

Cyberllix will make reasonable efforts to maintain supported integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

7. Authorized Email Sending and Actions

Where the platform provides message sending, reply, approval, action, or other execution capabilities, users remain responsible for the actions they initiate.

Users should verify:

  • Recipients
  • Message content
  • Attachments
  • Approvals
  • Business decisions
  • Actions or commitments
  • Information generated or suggested by automated systems

Cyberllix is not responsible for business consequences resulting from information sent, approved, rejected, or acted upon by a user without appropriate review.

8. AI and Automated Intelligence

Cyberllix Communication Intelligence may use automated rules, machine-learning systems, or AI-assisted processing to identify possible:

  • Actions
  • Approvals
  • Commitments
  • Follow-ups
  • Waiting states
  • Priorities
  • Communication context
  • Other execution-related insights

These outputs are intended to assist users.

They may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

AI-generated or automated outputs should not be treated as the sole basis for:

  • Legal decisions
  • Financial decisions
  • Employment decisions
  • Regulatory decisions
  • Safety-critical decisions
  • Material business commitments

Users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before acting on them.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use Cyberllix Communication Intelligence to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Access another person's or organization's account without authorization
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Attempt to obtain another customer's communication or data

  • Conduct phishing or fraudulent activity
  • Send unlawful or abusive communication
  • Interfere with platform availability
  • Probe or exploit platform vulnerabilities without written authorization
  • Reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted by applicable law
  • Use the platform to infringe intellectual-property rights
  • Use automated means to overload or misuse the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the platform unless Cyberllix has agreed in writing

Cyberllix may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary.

10. Customer Data and Ownership

As between Cyberllix and the customer or authorized user, the customer retains its applicable rights in business communication and other information submitted to or processed through the platform.

Cyberllix does not claim ownership of customer communication merely because it is processed through Cyberllix Communication Intelligence.

You grant Cyberllix the limited rights necessary to:

  • Host
  • Process
  • Synchronize
  • Transmit
  • Organize
  • Secure
  • Back up

  • Analyze

customer information solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

11. Feedback

Users may provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other product feedback.

You permit Cyberllix to use such feedback to improve or develop its products and services without an obligation to compensate you, provided that Cyberllix does not intentionally disclose your confidential business information merely by using general product feedback.

12. Cyberllix Intellectual Property

Cyberllix and its licensors retain all rights in:

  • Cyberllix Communication Intelligence

Except for the limited right to use the platform under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to users.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the platform is also subject to the Cyberllix Communication Intelligence Privacy Policy.

Cyberllix intends to process personal and communication information in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations and with appropriate data-protection principles.

Users and organizations remain responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to provide information to or process information through the platform.

Where an organization requires a separate data-processing agreement, enterprise security agreement, or additional contractual controls, these may be addressed through a separate written agreement with Cyberllix.

14. Security

Cyberllix applies technical and organizational measures intended to protect platform information.

These may include:

  • Controlled access
  • Authentication controls
  • Tenant isolation
  • Encryption in transit
  • Restricted infrastructure access
  • OAuth authorization controls
  • Database protections
  • Logging
  • Monitoring
  • Backup and recovery controls

No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Users must also maintain appropriate security controls for their own accounts, devices, passwords, email systems, and organization environments.

15. Third-Party Services

The platform may depend on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, communication providers, APIs, authentication providers, and other technology services.

Cyberllix is not responsible for failures caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party outages, API changes, Internet failures, government restrictions, or provider-side account suspensions.

Where feasible, Cyberllix will take reasonable measures to restore affected functionality.

16. Availability and Changes to the Service

Cyberllix may modify the service to:

  • Improve functionality
  • Address security concerns
  • Meet legal or regulatory requirements

Cyberllix may temporarily suspend all or part of the platform for:

  • Maintenance

  • Infrastructure changes
  • Third-party failures

Commercial service-level commitments, where applicable, must be expressly agreed in writing.

17. Fees and Commercial Terms

Certain pilot or early-access use may be offered without charge, while other use may be subject to commercial fees.

Where fees apply, pricing, subscription periods, payment terms, taxes, user quantities, implementation services, support terms, or other commercial conditions will be stated in an applicable quotation, order form, invoice, subscription agreement, or other written commercial document.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes are additional.

Nothing on the early-access website constitutes a guaranteed future price.

18. Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using Cyberllix Communication Intelligence at any time, subject to any applicable contractual commitments.

Cyberllix may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Security risk
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Unauthorized use
  • Non-payment where applicable
  • Legal requirements
  • Material risk to other users or infrastructure
  • Termination of an applicable customer agreement

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, Cyberllix may provide notice before termination.

Data handling following termination will be governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable contractual requirements.

19. Disconnection and Data Deletion

Users may disconnect supported communication providers through provider controls or platform functionality when available.

Account or data deletion requests may be submitted through the process described on the Data & Account Deletion page.

Provider authorization revocation does not necessarily delete information already processed or stored by the platform.

Where deletion is requested, Cyberllix will handle the request subject to:

  • Applicable laws
  • Contractual obligations
  • Organization administrator rights
  • Backup retention
  • Security requirements
  • Legitimate record-keeping requirements

  • Professional consulting advice

Users should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberllix Communication Intelligence is provided on an “as available” basis.

During early access in particular, Cyberllix does not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted
  • Every communication will be classified correctly
  • Every action or approval will be detected
  • Every automated output will be accurate
  • Third-party integrations will always remain available
  • The service will satisfy every business requirement

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberllix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Where Cyberllix has entered into a separate commercial agreement with a customer, applicable liability limits may be defined in that agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and organizations agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful use of the platform, unauthorized connection of accounts, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

Any enterprise-specific indemnity arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement.

24. Confidentiality

During pilots or enterprise engagements, users may receive non-public information about Cyberllix Communication Intelligence.

Likewise, Cyberllix may process confidential business information belonging to customers.

Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement exists, that agreement will govern.

Cyberllix will use reasonable measures to protect customer confidential information processed through the platform.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent protective or injunctive relief where permitted by law.

26. Changes to These Terms

Cyberllix may update these Terms as the platform evolves.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Where a change materially affects existing commercial users, Cyberllix may provide additional notice where appropriate.
