Cyberllix Solutions Private Limited (“Cyberllix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides users and authorized organizations with ways to disconnect connected communication accounts and request deletion of applicable account and platform data associated with Cyberllix Communication Intelligence.
This page explains the available process.
1. Disconnecting a Connected Email Account
Users may stop Cyberllix Communication Intelligence from accessing a connected communication provider by revoking or disconnecting the authorization associated with that account.
Supported providers may include:
Depending on the provider and platform functionality available, disconnection may be performed:
Disconnecting a provider is different from deleting previously processed data.
Revoking authorization generally prevents future authorized access or synchronization, but information already processed by Cyberllix Communication Intelligence may remain until it is deleted in accordance with the applicable deletion process.
2. Requesting Account Deletion
A user may request deletion of their Cyberllix Communication Intelligence account by contacting:
Use the subject:
Cyberllix Communication Intelligence – Account Deletion Request
Please include:
Please do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or other authentication credentials by email.
3. Requesting Communication Data Deletion
Users or authorized organization administrators may also request deletion of applicable communication information previously processed through the platform.
This may include, where applicable:
The information that can be deleted may depend on the user's organization, contractual requirements, and the nature of the data.
4. Google Workspace and Gmail Data
If you have connected a Google Workspace or Gmail account, you may revoke Cyberllix Communication Intelligence's access through your Google account authorization controls.
Revoking Google authorization is intended to prevent continued access through the revoked authorization.
If you also want information previously processed by Cyberllix Communication Intelligence to be deleted, submit a deletion request to:
Revoking Google authorization alone should not be assumed to automatically delete previously processed platform information.
5. Microsoft 365 and Outlook Data
Users or authorized administrators may revoke or remove Cyberllix Communication Intelligence authorization through applicable Microsoft account or organization controls.
Revocation is intended to prevent continued access through the revoked authorization.
If you also require deletion of information previously processed by Cyberllix Communication Intelligence, submit a separate deletion request to:
6. Supported Business Email Accounts
Users with supported business email connections may request that Cyberllix disconnect the applicable account and remove associated authentication information where appropriate.
A separate deletion request may be required to remove communication information already processed by the platform.
7. What Happens After a Deletion Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, Cyberllix may take reasonable steps to:
We may contact the requester if additional information is required to safely process the request.
8. Organization-Managed Accounts
If your Cyberllix Communication Intelligence account belongs to an organization, deletion may need to be coordinated with the organization's authorized administrator.
This is because certain information may belong to the organization rather than an individual user.
For example, a communication-derived action, approval or business record may involve multiple authorized organization users.
Cyberllix may therefore verify the organization's instructions before deleting organization-controlled information.
9. Information That May Be Retained
Certain limited information may need to be retained after an account or data deletion request where reasonably necessary for:
Where retention is required, access to such information should remain limited to the purpose for which it is retained.
Cyberllix does not intend to retain deleted customer communication indefinitely without a legitimate reason.
10. Backups
Information removed from active production systems may remain temporarily within protected backup or recovery systems.
Backup copies are not intended to be restored for normal product use after an applicable deletion request, except where necessary for legitimate disaster-recovery, security, or legal purposes.
Information contained in backup systems will be handled according to Cyberllix's applicable backup-retention processes.
We are intentionally not promising a fixed number of days at this stage, because the production backup-retention policy should first be finalized as part of the cloud deployment.
11. OAuth Tokens and Credentials
Where an account is disconnected or deletion is approved, Cyberllix will take appropriate steps to remove or invalidate applicable provider credentials held by the platform where technically and operationally applicable.
Users are also encouraged to revoke authorization directly through their Google, Microsoft, or other provider account when they no longer wish to use the integration.
Cyberllix does not require users to send provider passwords to complete a deletion request.
12. Deleting an Account Does Not Delete the Original Mailbox
Deleting information from Cyberllix Communication Intelligence does not normally delete the user's original email messages from Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook, or another source mailbox, unless a specific user-authorized product action explicitly performs such an operation.
Deletion from Cyberllix Communication Intelligence primarily concerns information stored or processed by the Cyberllix platform.
Users should manage their original mailbox data directly through their email provider.
This distinction is important.
13. Processing Time
Cyberllix will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and process valid deletion requests promptly.
The time required may depend on:
Where applicable law establishes a mandatory response period, Cyberllix will aim to handle eligible requests in accordance with that requirement.
14. Early-Access Accounts
Cyberllix Communication Intelligence is currently entering controlled early access.
Pilot users may request removal of their pilot account and applicable pilot data using the same process described on this page.
Cyberllix may also remove inactive pilot accounts or pilot environments as part of controlled testing, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
15. Before Closing Your Account
Before requesting full account deletion, consider whether you need to:
Once information has been permanently deleted from active systems, restoration may not be possible.
